How we handle
your data.
What KorLab collects on this site and in the apps we publish, why we collect it, who processes it, and how to get it removed.

Who this covers
KorLab is an independent software studio. This policy covers korlab.team and the mobile apps we publish, including Classic Solitaire, Classic Solitaire: Dark Mode, Logical Numbers and Collector.
Not every app uses every service named here. Where an app store listing carries its own data-safety declaration, that listing describes what that particular app does.
Logical Numbers
Logical Numbers collects no personal data. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases, and none of the providers named in this policy are built into it. Your settings, coins and statistics are kept only on your device, and uninstalling the app deletes them.
Collector
Collector keeps the achievements you tick off, your counters and your chosen category and language only on your device; uninstalling the app deletes them. It shows no ads and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
On first launch it creates an anonymous Firebase identifier. The app uses it to send us the ratings, ideas and messages you choose to write from inside the app, which we store with the app version, platform, language and category they came from so we can read and answer them. It also sends usage analytics (which achievements and packs are completed, which screens and buttons are used) and crash reports with the device model, operating system and app version.
Premium packs are bought through the App Store or Google Play. We learn only that a pack was bought, never your payment details. To have a message you sent deleted, write to the address below with its text and roughly when you sent it.
This website
Browsing korlab.team does not require an account and sets no advertising cookies.
If you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and text you type, and we keep it so we can reply. We also record basic, aggregated usage analytics once you interact with the page.
What the apps collect
You can install and play without giving us a name, an email address or a sign-in. An anonymous identifier is created on first launch so your progress has somewhere to live.
- Account identifieran anonymous ID issued by Firebase Authentication. If you link Google Play Games, we also store the identifier that service returns so your progress survives a reinstall.
- Gameplay dataprogress, statistics, in-game currency, unlocked items, achievements, and any leaderboard entry and nickname you choose to publish.
- Device and diagnosticsdevice model, operating system version, app version, language and region, plus crash reports and performance traces.
- Purchasesthe store receipt and subscription status for anything you buy. Card and payment details go to Apple or Google and are never sent to us.
- Support messageswhatever you write to us from inside the app, so we can answer it.
- Advertising datathe device’s advertising identifier, IP address and how you interact with ads, only where ads are shown. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland this depends on your consent, and on iOS the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking.
Why we use it
To run the game and keep your progress, to restore purchases and subscriptions, to answer support messages, to find and fix crashes, to understand which features get used, and — in the ad-supported editions — to select and measure ads.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not build advertising profiles of our players ourselves.
Ads and your choices
Classic Solitaire ships with ads switched off. They appear only if you turn them on yourself. Classic Solitaire: Dark Mode is the ad-supported edition, and ads are part of how it works.
In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google’s consent form asks for your choice before any ad is requested. It is a consent management platform certified by Google under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2), and it lists each advertising partner and what that partner does. If you do not consent, any ads you still see are not personalised.
On iOS you are also asked whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps and websites.
You can change your choices at any time from the privacy option in the app’s settings, and on iOS also in the system settings for the app. Outside those regions the same option switches you to non-personalised ads, and in US states with privacy laws it also opts you out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for advertising.
Advertising partners
In the editions that show ads, the networks below can receive the advertising data described above to serve, measure and, where you allow it, personalise ads. Each of them handles that data under its own privacy policy, and where consent is required it receives only what your choices permit.
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) and Unity Adsad mediation, which chooses the network for each ad, and ads from Unity.
- Google AdMobads from Google.
- AppLovinads from AppLovin.
- Meta Audience Networkads from Meta.
- Mintegralads from Mintegral.
- myTarget (VK Ads)ads from VK.
- Yandex Adsads from Yandex.
Who processes data for us
We use established providers rather than running this infrastructure ourselves. Each is bound by its own agreement with us and may only process data on our instructions.
- Google Firebaseauthentication, databases, cloud functions, file storage, remote configuration, push messages, crash reporting and hosting.
- Google Analyticsaggregated product analytics.
- Google Play Games Servicesoptional sign-in and achievements on Android.
- Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlayad serving and mediation in the editions that show ads, together with the advertising partners listed below.
- RevenueCatsubscription entitlements and receipt validation.
- Apple App Store and Google Playpayment processing and purchase receipts.
- Grafana Lokidiagnostic logs used to investigate faults.
Where data is held
Our infrastructure runs on Google Cloud, and data may be processed in the United States as well as in Europe. Transfers out of the EEA, the UK and Switzerland rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, which the providers above have in place.
How long we keep it
Gameplay and account data stays while the account is in use, so that your progress is there when you come back. Support conversations are kept so we have the history behind a question. Diagnostic logs are short-lived and roll off automatically.
Ask us to delete an account and we will remove it, together with the progress and support history attached to it.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the data held about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave earlier. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Write to the address below. Include your player ID — open the main menu and tap the ID row to copy it — because an anonymous account has nothing else to identify it by, and without it we cannot tell which account is yours.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will publish the new version on this page and move the date at the top. Material changes affecting players will also be announced in the app.
