What you may do with KorLab software, what we promise, and what we do not.

Agreement
These terms apply to korlab.team and to the mobile apps KorLab publishes. Installing or using an app means you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app.
Where an app store’s own terms apply to a purchase, those terms govern the transaction and these ones cover everything else.
Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep ownership of the software, the artwork and the trademarks.
- Do not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app.
- Do not decompile or reverse-engineer it, except where law expressly allows it.
- Do not modify the app or use tools that alter gameplay, currency or scores.
- Do not use the app to break the law or to interfere with other players.
Accounts and progress
An anonymous account is created for you on first launch. It lives on our servers, not only on your device, and it is what your progress is attached to.
If you do not link an external sign-in such as Google Play Games, reinstalling the app or moving to a new device can leave the old account unreachable. We cannot always recover progress in that situation, so link an account if it matters to you.
Some apps, such as Logical Numbers and Collector, keep progress only on your device. Uninstalling one of them or clearing its data deletes that progress, and we cannot restore it. Purchases are not lost: restore them from the app.
Purchases, coins and subscriptions
Coins and other in-app items are a limited licence to use a feature inside the app. They are not money, they have no value outside the app, and they cannot be exchanged, transferred or cashed out.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, and you cancel through the store you bought them from rather than through us. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, that right stands.
We may change prices and the contents of the shop. Anything you already bought is not taken away by a price change.
Fair play
Leaderboards, streaks and rewards assume the game is being played as designed. Where we find manipulated results — modified clients, automated play, or exploiting a fault instead of reporting it — we may correct the affected scores and balances, remove leaderboard entries, or close the account.
We act on the account, not on the person, and we will explain what happened if you ask.
Ads
Some editions are supported by advertising. Ad content comes from third-party networks and is not written or endorsed by us. Anything you buy from an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it is available without interruption or free of faults. Online features depend on servers and third-party services that can fail or change.
We may update, change or discontinue an app or an online feature. If we retire an online feature that a paid item depended on, we will say so in advance where we reasonably can.
Liability
The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost progress, or for loss of in-app items.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, at korlab.team/privacy. It forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date at the top, and continuing to use an app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
